Young Students are mostly sent to Cheap and Ordinairy Dorms. For the rich Students I made a Dorm where a worried parent would sent their spoiled young aldult.

In this Luxery Betá Dorms are 6 dormrooms with each a private bathroom, all students has a private phone and all the rooms are fully decorated. On the Mainfloor is a cafetaria, a libary with 4 internetconnections, 2 half bathrooms, a "livingroom" where they can play a game or watch tv, a comment place to hang out and 2 patio's where they can play chess.


The 6 dormrooms are situaded on the first floor and has also a gym to work out.


On the 2th floor is a bar, BBQ and a hottub.
