This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.

Gaaah I've totally neglected the sims for ages. But in my defense all my exams are coming up and I basically have ONE week to learn how to speak spanish. Then I'm off to A-Levels huzzah!
So I took that weird top from the H&M pack and just went ahead and destroyed it and put it together again. And today I bring you the sort of dress your sim ladies would wear to/during or after a day at the beach, a loose fitted cotton halter dress with nice little flip flops that make flip floppy noises. aww. bless. This was mainly inspired my my alien who lives in Strange town. She looked out of place in jeans darn her! Avalible in 6 summery colours, all of them have a fat morph and are bumpmapped.
