This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.

Grandma needs some new sportswear too.
All meshes come with EAmaxistextures categorized as Sportswear, a fatmorph and an UVmap. You don't need any expansion- or stuffpack to use these meshes.
Mesh-Coc-EFexerciseroutfit-FT 2 textures
With AL grandma already got this outfit, but that is an adult female body, so I made a new mesh with an elder female body. I deleted the alpha part.
The middle outfit is the FT adult mesh that was enabled for elders with Apartment Life.

Pants with sneakers combined with my EFtopUntucked01 in one mesh.
Sportswear/Athletic can't use separates, but now I can combine the capri with a lot of untucked textures originally made for HP's af-untucked-top. For the tops I used a lovely white tank texture from lolie2, that and more tanktextures you can find here
