This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Where the canal begins lay once a busy factory. These days it has long gone out of business and now the local youth have taken over the buildings. Downstairs the rooms are used for band practice and to play cards and pool.
Upstairs are the old restrooms and canteen that still come in handy for the new users.
Although this is no playground, the youngsters love to dare each other to use the old vats and drain pools. There is also a shack with toilet and changing booth that can be used for a little bit of everything ...
Here where old industry and nature meets, anglers also love to fish and hang out.
note
The lot has been updated in a AGS game in order to remove some of the EP and SP requirements and because some of the needed objects for the previous version were no longer available online. A copy of the lot has been tested without issues and it has been cleaned with CI.
