This is a ranch-styled home for your Sims. It has 3 bedrooms plus a spare room on the second floor with 3 bathrooms. The backyard is fairly small but the space goes towards the actual house. The ground floor is very spacious, the family/living room connects with the dinning room and feel free to add more to it. The garage holds 1 car and the driveway can hold 3. Enjoy
