The Beverly was inspired by suburban American ranch homes built in the 1950s and 60s. The exterior color scheme of salmon pink and cherry red, as well as the basic plan of the house, were borrowed from a vintage 1956 house plan.

The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout is ideal for a family of 4. A one-car garage is the perfect place to store your hot rod, and the backyard patio is just begging to be used for entertaining the neighbors. Make sure you serve cocktails and fondue! (Er, I guess that would be juice and hot dogs?)

You don't need any custom content to play this home, but for a more "authentic" 1950s look, I recommend HystericalParoxysm's Doodlebug pattern in the kitchen. BEST PATTERN EVER! Here's an example of the Beverly kitchen with the Doodlebug pattern in the wallpaper.

Just as a note, this lot was originally built at 2400 Pinochle Point in Sunset Valley, but it should look good on any 40 x 30 lot.
