Well here it is !
I've been working on this for days on end... a fully furnished lot with no CC with all the amenities a luxurious sim could ever need.

This lot was inspired by a beautiful week-end I spent in the Adirondack Mountains. It is complete with everything from a swimming pool to an ice skating rink to a movie theatre.

This lot has been play tested for 10 sim days with no trouble whatsoever.

As always I would like to thank all of my friends at modthesims for all your encouragement and positivity.. Especially Twi, Tree4me, and Canoodle.

Thankyou to Delphy for making this site possible for all of us to share our creativity.

Thankyou to my 7 year old daughter "M" for your wonderful ideas and for helping me decorate the kitchen ! I think the stone wall divider in the kitchen looks great !

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .sims2pack file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
