My first Sims 3 upload, it took me ages to perfect. Enjoy!
FOR SALE Furnished: $89.593 Unfurnished: $60.712 Lotsize: 40x30 Sunflower Breeze This charming new-built house is ideal for small families or for your rich single sim. The house has a very modern open kitchen with lots of workspace. The great amount of full length windows make this house very light and give your sims the feeling as if they were part of the nature that surrounds the house. The house has a small built-in garage with space for bikes or if you don't own a bike the garage could easily be transformed into a study or even a small bedroom if you wish. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and a large bathroom. At the back of the house you'll find a big sun-drenched terrace with a BBQ spot and even a pool. The big pond is part of your land and home to loads of fish. The best location to place this house is on the street where the Crumplebottom mansion is (I think that's the best place for any 4x3 lot [Update]: There wasn't any counter available for sims to prepare their food, so I deleted the middle cabinet above the kitchen counters and replaced it with the hanging pots and pans. Everything works fine now. I've made a tutorial for building a pool in a pond/lake: http://www.modthesims.info/showthre...849#post2675849 Lot Size: 4x3 Lot Price: 89.593 648 people have said thanks to AllHeartAnne for this download.
