Nicki-Just Test Subject Join Date: Dec 2009 Posts: 2	Hi there - first of all I must say, that this a truly beautiful version of an Emma Watson - the most accurate I have seen so far. Well done! However, I'm having trouble "making it work". I have downloaded the hair, skin and eyes files, and also the Simmer herself. However, your link to the CAS Slider doesn't work, so I have downloaded the Jonha-CAS Slider instead. I have laid all the files into the mods/packages-folder...but I can't seem to find her anywhere. I guess there is something I have done wrong, but I can't figure out what it is Hope you can help me out here ! All best, Nicki

saved sims do not live in the mods/packages-folder but in the saved sims folder, in a very different location:

C:\documents and settings\user name\my documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims --> this is for win xp but it should be almost the same on mac or vista...

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .sims2pack file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Anyone can use both .rar and .zip files easily! On Windows, use WinRAR. On Mac, use Stuffit.

Special Installation Instructions

If you get an error that says "This content requires expansion pack data that is not installed", please use either Clean Installer or Q-Xpress to install this sim.
