Notes
This house was fully playtested, and all objects are usable, but please keep in mind when remodeling or redesigning that some objects, as well as landscaping objects, were placed with moveobjects and holding alt. If things start snapping into place, don't say I didn't warn you

This home was built at 477 Sunnyside Blvd, a beachside lot, but would look great on any other lot if you remove the palm trees and sandy terrain paint from the back. This home would also be well suited for a corner lot.
