Sure thing!
You can have both at the same time.
If you notice the screenshot of thumbnail, I used the tiger tattoo and the ring for my sim, DexteR (the model)
And he also has earrings.
So basically your sims can have earrings, ring, glasses, bracelet, watch, etc except for the glove. Your sims can wear glove but the tatts would be disabled. That means you cannot have both glove and tatts at the same time.
That's all.
So don't worry.

You mean my lower back tattoos (tramp stamps)?
Yes but you need to download the ones as left earring (not the glove ones) so you can mix n match with these back tattoos.

These are awesome! I especially love the tiger!
It would be even better if the worked as actual tattoos (Ambitions EP) so my sims could get them at the tattoo parlor!

I would love that too! They are awesome and gorgeous but I don't download tats unless they work with the Ambitions system. I like have all the accessories open to add to the tats.

Why does it seem like im the only one that is not getting this awsome tattoo in to my game? 
I download it, and extract it, put it in the packages mapp, but nothing happens
