This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
Hi everyone, today I've got a very special 'welcome to the autumn season' gift for you. It's an outdoor tree to enrich your plant variety. As it is a Japanese maple tree I present it as some kind of spin-off of my architectural Naruyama series. The plant fits Japanese tea gardens perfectly but will certainly be an eyecatcher in all other gardens, too.
The tree comes in a smaller shrubby bonsai version and as a big tree. Both sizes are available in a red and yellow autumn version and also in fresh spring green:
The leaf textures used are of very high quality. In fact we have such a tree in our own garden and I took photos of it to use as textures.
I hope that you like my work! I'm not in the mood to create for the Sims very much at the moment but if an idea like this one comes up I don't hesitate to realise it.

Recolors are very much appreciated.
