Fellowship of the Nerd is a house I designed specifically for the aspiring single Sim.

You'll find one bedroom (double bed), bathroom, easel, card table, and Electro Dance Sphere upstairs.

Downstairs brings us to a kitchen, second bathroom, and table for four — there's also a buffet table and too many chairs, I had envisioned this Sim having a lot of friends and parties.

All basic furnishings and necessities are included, even the TV. (I did forget to put burglar and fire alarms, so stick them in here when you move in.) This is the first house I've built with a driveway, but there is no car included.

I originally wanted this to be a starter, but now it costs too much. Next time, MTS.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

It also lets you choose what included content to install.
