This lovely three-bed, one-bath house includes a garage and spacious third-story patio/balcany. Though the yard isn't much, the inside has plenty of room for whatever items or activities your little simmies want.

It is the product of several weirdnesses in my game (including empty lots that seemed to have several glitches so building on it was a nightmare)that led to me to randomly just choosing a house (205 Custer Boulevard) in the Downtown hood and working from there. After more or less bulldozing that house, but still using the basic ground floor plan, and a couple hours and many undos later, I came to this house which I have enjoyed so much I thought I'd try and upload it. And suprisingly, I made this house with no CC!
