New Mesh
This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.

(24.12.09) PLUS I have run this package through Delphy's Blue Lot Fixer and patched up this package making sure it never causes any problems Porch Fence This is your average porch fence, poles and a fence surprisingly! Object Info Item Name: Porch Fence Price: $35 Location: Build Mode > Fences Recolorable Channels: 1 Polygon Counts: Faces: 312 Vertices: 580 Porch Fence - Top & Bottom This fence, similar to the first one also includes a small top railing which looks kinda cool right? Quick Note: The thumbnail for this and the fence about in the catalog is exactly the same and you cannot see the top of the fences meaning you can't tell them apart in the catalog, though this one should be the second fence, if not just look at the names. Sorry for the trouble.
