I used good old photoshop to create the patterns and then the TSR Workshop to convert them. You`re welcome =)

Oh, ok. ^^

I saw the title of your upload "The Vector Patterns Collection" and I thought you used vector program to make the vector.

Well, I have a vector program called CorelDraw X4 and sometimes I use it when I make something (my project) but I never make pattern with that.
Maybe I need to make some vector patterns sometime.
