Meg A. Byte's Residence is the first part of my Revitalization Programme of Techies' district in Belladonna Cove (and also my first upload by the way ). When I first played this neighbourhood I was rather degusted by the way how EA designed that part of town... It seemed that programmers had forgotten about it in the middle of creation works! So I decided to make some improvements... And here's the result!



Meg A. Byte's Residence offers 5 fine, modern, fully-furnished apartments for rather wealthy sims (rent between 2108§ and 2486§). Although it was designed to satisfy mostly technomaniacs' taste, there's enough place for sims of any aspiration!



Each apartment comes with a:

• livingroom;
• kitchen;
• 1 bedroom;
• 1 bathroom;
• computer space;
• balcony.

Moreover, one of flats can be adapted for a larger family, as it has extra 0,5 bathroom and a guestroom that can be easy changed into child's room.

If you're more demanding and want more lifespace then this real estate offers you also a spacious penthouse (for 7157§ per week). It provides everything that's in a standard apartment plus:

• 2 extra bedrooms;
• 2 extra bathrooms;
• small music studio;
• small relaxation room;
• large terrace.

Last but not least, the ground floor of Meg A. Byte's Residence is a high-class community space for residents. Here you can avail yourself of an:

• indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi;
• poker table, billards pool and chess table;
• BBQ and drinks cabinet.

The whole lot was playtested. The only custom content that I used are:

• 'Werknotham Window and Door' by Leesester (incuded);
• 'Simply Elegant' Curtain Set by Holy Simoly (not included, see links below);
• Maxis' stuff by MaxoidMonkey (included).

I also used 'More Decorative Slots' mod by Lord Darcy. The game'll run without it, but I highly recommend to download it as without it some objects can appear in rather strange places, for example in wardrobe instead on it (for details see links below).

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

It also lets you choose what included content to install.
