Lovely house... The pictures are awesome.. I espically like the landscapeing. Is there a way to filter downloads to find houses without Store items.. I refuse to buy sim points..

IndiaSong, sorry yeah I have the latest patch =(

Rheassi, even you don't have the items from the store that are in this lot, it should still install fine. The store items will just be replaced with default game items. I figure you already know this, but I wasn't sure.

I had mentioned in another lot I just uploaded that I am going to cut back on using store items in my future uploads though. =) Not sure about the filter, I will find out.

I missed this house back when it was published, but just wanted to say, it looks so authentically "coastal and tropical". The feeling we all want, especially now, to escape winter
