The first on my Humble Starter series. This is the cheapest so far and also the smallest. I originally made this as the luxurious one of the series, but, well... I couldn't call this ''luxurious'', it's small and cheap.

Why ''Humble''? Well, years ago Mr. Humble gave some people a computer wich costs 1.000 Simoleons and could help the family, student or couple with a bit more entertainment. This little Santa now has grown and gives every couple, sim, or family a computer for them to enjoy, and Simland made an street at SimCity named to him. This time it is the house of a couple who were friends with Mr. Humble, and they were the ones who received the first present and gave the idea to Mr. Humble.

This extra small house features a living room, a bath, kitchen and a bedroom. This is perfect for ambitious sims because you have left a nice bunch of money (3.476 Simoleons) after buying it because it's low price, 16.524 Simoleons.





This home has no CC, but to have the house be exactly as pictured, you'll need to get the lovely White Roof Trim Defaults by Phaenoh.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install.
