Patch 1.63 was released 17 Oct 13, it updates nearly 1000 xml and itun resources from GamePlayData, Most if not all Tuning Mods WILL NOT work with patch 1.63 and will require updating.

NOTE: while there were no changes for Into the Future, EA did make some minor changes in patch 1.63 in relation to this mod, therefore it has been updated.

Just download the mod last night. Noticed for a bit that my Sims hunger meter go to 3/4 empty them one will make a meal instead of getting leftovers. Should I empty the fridge of its leftovers and then the mod will kick in with future meals that become leftovers?

Looking forward to getting it to work as the butler made lots of meals before getting fired. Grew tired of having to one-by-one direct sims to put the meals in fridge. Glad I found this mod after all these years!

This is such a wonderful idea. I usually only have one sim with high cooking skill and I always end up having to turn my fridge to the wall to stop other sims wasting good food, and then they can't even get to the leftovers. Thank you

I am playing Insane Asylum Challenge. The refrig is so cheap, so I don't want to leave too much leftover inside because they will be soon spoiled. There're 8 sims in the household, I only control one according to the rules. The other 7 are made to be unplayable and with free will by using NRAAS's MasterController. I am using this mod and hope they will eat leftover in the refrigerator first, but unfortunately, they still like to cook often. My game patch is 1.67.

I love this. Haven't used it with butler/simbot yet, but know it will be a big help with the way they tend to cook and then store food for later. Switched to just the eat leftovers option because they kept putting meals away before other sims got to grab a plate. But otherwise love it. Thanks.
