No it won't replace the original. If you have both versions, you'll just have two different versions of the hair.

This is excellent! Exactly what I've been looking for. I'd been getting tired of all the wavy/curly hair for guys and wanted my new Sim to have some nice, straight, flowy hair I really appreciate this, thanks a lot!

This looks just gorgeous in game. I love the mesh because of the fact that it does move. These retextures of it are really well done.

This is truly a cool cut for the guys! Also I'm so happy you were allowed to include the mesh. With so many modders retiring it's become very hard to find hair that will show up in the game.
