This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
I really like the decorative dumpster that came with The Sims 3, so I decided to convert it for Sims 2 as well. This is sure to add some realism to your community lots. Please feel 100% free to use this in any lot you submit to any site.

The mesh is recolorable, I just tested it in game, and it shows up with a custom recolor just fine. So you can feel free to recolor it as well.

Found in Decorative/Sculptures with a price of 750 Simoleons.

For even more great Sims 3 to Sims 2 conversions on mts, see the creator recommendations area in the related pages tab.

Oh even though it is labeled in the Community lot only area, it is available for all lots, community or residential. I had originally made this for community lots only, but got changes required to take that part out, and I'm not allowed to edit the category.

Mesh Details:

Poly Count:
642
Vertex Count:
928

Polygon Counts:
642

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Cool!! This will blend in nicely on my down-town lots. Thanks for converting it for the Sims 2!

I reject your reality and substitute my own.

This is awesome, thank you so much for this.....I LOVE your TS2 to TS3 conversions....It's so great to have these objects available for TS2! When I build community lots I like to stick a dumpster in at the back of the building to add that bit of realism. (Or for apartment lots). And right now I only had one option to use in my game....I always love to have more variety! This one looks PERFECT! Thank you, I will put this one in every community lot now. Thanks for giving me another realistic looking object, that will provide many uses!!!

JoninMobile: You are the one who is SO sweet for making your wonderful creations for us.....the least we can do is leave a comment for you.....thanks for thanking us....but you deserve all the thanks! I always look forward to seeing what you come out with! Love you lots!!

Very nice! There need to be more TS3 conversions as there is a lot of good content in TS3, but I hate it so much.
Brilliant work.

I never thought I would get excited about a dumpster, but this one is well worth the little *gasp* that happened when I saw it. What a perfectly wonderful dumpster!

Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for this. I went in and threw it on just about every community lot I have. It will also add to the alleyways I'm working on. I just love these little details that enrich my game and my stories.

Thank you. I was wondering why Sims 2 never had a dumpster. So I'm glad you also wanted one and made this for all of us.
