  DescriptionAs usual, it's been a long time since my last lot upload and I just felt motivated to actually finish a complete lot. I came up with this, which I decided to add into my Auburn Heights series of lots  This lot was built for a challenge at TSS but I made some modifications to add more details and such on this version as there aren't any limitations here. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom lot, one double and one single, 3 Sims max. There is of course room to expand the lot, so that shouldn't be an issue.
