Clover is small, peaceful cottage starter for two Sims. The house contains everything that is necessary for simple start: bed, TV, bookcase, bath, mirrors, kitchen with firealarm, and some decoration (chimney-pot on roof is decoration too). There is also quite nice garden around, with flowers and trees.
Clover (no idea for better name...) was built on 20x20 lot, but if you put the house on 30x20 lot (which usually cost $1200) it will be still the starter under $ 18 500. Hope you will like it ![]() Requires The Sims 3 and World Adventures (version 2.14.4.010002) No custom content!
