Hey there

This is a cabin, set by a lake... or I guess you could say cabins, since it's split up in two. Avaliable as both furnished and unfurnished.
This lot has two floors; first floor has the livingroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining/hallway; second floor has study/bedroom.
I decided to skip having a walkway up to the house, after trying both floors and terrain paints. It's actually kind of nice with just grass.
There's also room for a driveway by the entrance, for those who'd like that.

I'm not too sure about the furnishing, had a bit of a struggle with that. I only had the livingroom planned out in my mind, but after some time I was quite satisfied with the rest as well.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
