Have been working on this for most of the day, I think it came out alright (hopefully!).
Very little CC was used, just some windows by Tiggy027 and a roof colour by mzcynnamon.
The roof also features Phaenoh's White Roof Trim Defaults which is *not* included (Not needed to make the lot work, however).

Where to start...
This is a two bedroom house, although it could easily be renovated to fit more.
There's several sitting areas. The foyer, the room upstairs with the study attached, the museum like area which is also upstairs and the kitchen area which works as a dining room and living room also, with a huuuge television.

Finally there is a large pool out the back fit with diving boards and ladders and several pool lights.
