@tomomi: The daycare van is from completing the new Daycare Profession, and the Motive Mobile is gained via the new lifetime reward, appropriately labelled "motive mobile".

@ Winterhart: Thanks for this, I was hoping this mod would come up sooner rather then later. I am currently using all the other mods for vehicles on community lots you have given us as well. My only question for you at this point is: will bikes ever be available for community lots via a mod as well? I know this has been asked before, so I am sorry if I am beating a dead horse. Just wondering if that was still a possibility.

Would it be possible to change the speed of the motive mobile? I looked through some files/other mods which change the speed of cars but i don't really understand any of that. My sims got the car from the rewards and i was dissapointed to see that is was so much slower than the car they had before.
