Sunshine Cottage is my attempt to make a home for a middling sized family straight off the creation pages, or perhaps as a home for a young couple planning to have kids, while also still retaining character and interest.
With two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen diner and a small skills area, Sunshine Cottage offers everything your family may need for life and the all important job promotions. Although it lacks in potted plants and pictures on the walls, it is otherwise tastefully furnished, almost entirely from the Ikea Catalog. The tight budget means that the garden remains in a fairly blank slate state, just waiting for your sims to put in a patio, or perhaps a small kitchen garden.
Being a bungalow, there is naturally plenty of space for your sims to expand the house to fit the expanding family; alternatively, this could be a small retirement home with space to have the grandchildren round to stay.
Whatever you choose, Sunshine Cottage offers idyllic surroundings for your sims to persue their idea of happiness.
