Summer Hill Estate #3 – Mahakarya Mansion

The reason behind this re-upload is a request. They find it odd to have a house of 2 bedrooms with 6 kitchens! So I change it! I appreciate your comments. Thanks!

Summer Hill Estate #3 is the third phase mansion, and is the last series of built to conclude a house of its type. It is built on a 15 Summer Hill Court huge land in the Sunset valley city. It is a successor of the previous Summer Hill Estate #2, I’ve built before.

The exterior color theme is Grey and White. This house is fully furnished. It took me 1 month to finish this house. It is a mixture of classic and modern fixtures on the inside and outside of the house.

Before proceeding, I kindly tell you that:
-This house is very huge,
-Fully furnished, with every bits and pieces,

Therefore, it will not (though you able) be a suitable house for you to add more furniture into the house.
The reasons behind this are because:
-It will take times to get into ‘Buy Mode’ menu
-It will take times to get into ‘Built Mode’ menu

I recommend you to use the existing objects inside the house without adding more. But it totally depends on you, what you want to do with the house, Hope you enjoy playing.
