Hello again! After two weeks and maybe 15 hours on this house, it's finally done! So today I present to you, Michelle Mansion.

Story:

Lenny Michelle was just starting out in his business career when he met the most beautiful woman he'd ever seen, Bonnie. It was love at first sight for them, and soon after they were married. Once Lenny became an extremely succesful CEO in his later years, he had this estate built in Riverview for him, his wife, and twin children, Vince and Heidi. Soon after, Bonnie passed away after being sick for weeks. Many years later, it was Lenny all alone in the house after his children had gone to college and moved out. No one noticed his decaying health, and eventually he also passed away. Hearing the news, the twins came back to Riverview to find their father had left them with the house, and almost ten million dollars. Not knowing what to do, they both decided to move in and keep the house in one piece. Both Lenny and Bonnie Michelle are buried next the the garden, their favorite place to be.

Now that is out of the way, I'll tell you about the actual house. It has 6 large bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. There is also a pool, garden, work shed, and a kid's area. Some people may not like the colors of the house, but I'm crazy about them. The house has 2 master bedrooms, one on the second floor that is blue, and the third floor which is orange. The house is on a huge 60x60 lot and it costs an ample 270,458. I am very happy to include that there is no CC on this lot!

Since there are 6 bedrooms, this house can sleep 10 sims if necessary. (I know the limit is 8 but there are hacks ). The garage and driveway has 4 parking spaces with one car placed. The driveway is gigantic, so you should have no problem putting 10 parking spots total if you really needed.

It requires all of the EP's, there are a few items from OLS, and the car is from Fast Lane Stuff. But if you don't have the Stuff Packs there shouldn't be any problems, just a few items like an easel will be replaced.

No Custom or Store Content.

Since this house is gigantic, I would not recommend it on slow computers. Even on pretty nice computers, build and buy loading time may take 30 seconds plus. It is definitely going to take a while to place in your neighborhood. If you have any problems, please leave a comment.
