This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.

So here is my first upload ever: A small family house with 1 masterbedroom, 2 kidsrooms, 2 bathrooms and of course a living room and a kitchen with dining area. The garage is empty, but I didn't want to take a pic just for this... The poolarea has a little area where a hottub or some chairs for chiling can be placed. The house has a door that leads to a small path to the back of the garage and there is some space left in the garden for a greenhouse or playground or whatever.

I used the AnyGameStarter (Great Thanks to Numenor!!) to build this and tested the packaged lot with my normal game, so it should work (NL and Seasons required). However, as this is my first upload I kind of fear that something went wrong with this. If so please let me know!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .sims2pack file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
