SCREENSHOTS
I usually start my game with a big families of four or more sims. But I noticed it's pretty hard to find a starter house for such a big family, so I decided to upload one I've made myself. May be the beginning of a series if you'll like it enough
The house consists of:
- open space kitchen/dining/living area divided by a split-level
- main bedroom with a double bed and adjacent toilet (there's a space to place a shower once you family get rich enough)
- kids' bedrooms: one single and one wit a bunk bed
- bathroom
- spacious basement (empty) - may house a laundry room or be a space for hobbies-related objects.
All rooms (except for the basement) are fully-furnished, there're some basic decorations on the outside too.
It doesn't use any custom content. It uses objects from base game, late night, ambitions, and generations.
The house is built on a relatively small lot - 20x20 - which leaves not much room for enlargement, but it can easily be placed on a bigger lot.
It was build using armiel's Builder's Island
Price:
Unfurnished: 13,500$
Furnished: 21,500$
Lot Size: 2x2
Lot Price: 21500

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
