Your sims can't afford a castle? This medieval guard tower, fully furnished, is suitable as a starter home! Its name is "Tramp Tower" because you have to walk *a lot* 
Cost: $ 19,220 - 3 storey (Living/Kitchen/Bedroom) + a lovely terrace suitable for parties. Features 3 stealth stairs. The bathroom is outside (sorry, it's a medieval tower...).
