This isn't a vacant home. There is a sim already living in it. And a cc eyebrow comes with it.

Lizbethbear, I didn't state that this was a vacant house in my description. The sim used was pre-made by EA - I picked it from the list in game, so I am not sure where the cc eyebrow is from?

It feels so fancy. I like how the baby room is attached to the master bedroom by an arch.

Love this house been using it since you uploaded.

Recently i have found my sim was starting to outgrow the property so i have had to modifiy the house to include a 3 floor 2 storey right wing with downstairs ballroom and a 1 story right wing with a kitchen and garage connected to a carport at the front all done with the same color schemes and structure and still have to say the main building is still the greatest feature of the house.
