This small, convenient house will be a hit with knowledge aspiration sims as it is off to itself with plenty of quiet for studying as well as room for skill building items such as a telescope or easel. You have a spacious master bedroom with double bed and a small guest room for company, or it could be made into a nursery. There are 1.5 baths and a garage which could also be converted to another bedroom or family room. I love that beachy lot closest to the ocean in the Driftwood template, but you could "plant" grass and just have a simple modern house in any neighborhood. It would be a great starter if money is no object!
