First thing is that this house was created in an AnyGame Starter setup, so thank you to Numenor for that.
This beautiful home can accomodate up to 3 sims (more feasible with the room for expansion at the back, though), and contains everything that you'd expect from a house - except that it also includes a ready-to-stock shop, too. Never has it been so easy to move into a home and set-up shop; just pay the very attractive price of just £28,052 and stock-up! I hope you have fun playing this lot, as I have and happy simming! ![]() Lot Size: 2x2 Lot Price: £28,052 Additional Credits: Numenor, for AGS Leesester - no end of help and advice in #Create!
