Really, the main reason there is no nudity at the moment, is this site is more PG-13, and doesn't allow nudity. If you want nudity, go to their sister site, sexysims2.com.

I totally agree with most of your points (especially about OB's and home births). I'd like to see a midwife option added. About the nudity and realism, I think it's quite insulting to complain when someone has worked so hard to bring you this. If you decide to do a nude set of labor poses yourself, please let us know when you post them on sexysims. Otherwise, be grateful for options

i'd love a midwife option with upright birthing positions and breastfeeding
but then I'm a midwife in the UK where upright positions are encouraged more generally speaking. though it's a valiant effort to produce these poses, in real life they aren't productive birth positions and shouldn't be considered the norm
But hey it's just a pixel game eh

I love these poses and honestly, everyone who's nit-picking about silly things like the fact that the preview shots take place in a hospital and the fact that the woman in the previews is wearing shorts need to get a life. It's a PG-13 site so a naked woman wouldn't be allowed here and there's plenty of nude clothing and mods to get a nude pregnant woman in your game to use with these poses if you really want it that bad. Likewise, the pose player can be used on any lot, including your home lot and the doctor doesn't have to be present. It's just something extra for people who want a hospital scene in their stories. Unless you can do a better job yourself, don't be ungrateful and complain when someone's worked so hard to give you an added touch of real life to your game.

With that said and out of the way, I've been having trouble aligning the Sims, such as aligning the father and mother correctly so that he's really holding her back with one hand and her leg with the other. He's always off no matter how I position him. This isn't a fault with your download, as I'm having the same problem with all the other poses I've downloaded. I think it's just me being very new to using poses and just not getting the hang of it, but do you have any advice or tips to help me with that?

You seem confused. You can make them nude if you want, but it's not going to be pictured on modthesims because modthesims is not an adult site. The poses can be in any outfit you choose. Have fun.

I have my mods, packages and resources folders all set up but your mods (which i desperately want) won't download..I know I need your pose mod for this one to work but when I tried to download it, it wouldn't work...HELP

Personally this does not work for me, after selecting one of the poses my female sims constantly disappears whenever she tries to move.
