Sea Dreams is cozy home with a beautiful view to the sea.
House has: kitchen with dining room, living room, one bedroom and one bathroom. Outside is car, one peaceful place where your sim can watch with a telescope sea and night stars.
On the beach your sim can find fun in swimming, building sand castle, jumping into the sea from the pier and sunbathing.



I built this house in Bluwater Village and it would be best that you place it to the same place (although not necessarily).
I recommend that you place this lot to the same place because of same beach height. In that case this lot will look same in your game as this one on preview images and you will not have floating or covered objects on your beach.
