So long since I've uploaded something recently...





6 P.M. because of the time when I was building it :D
So another very small, simple, a bit modern and Maxis-matchy looking apartmentsfor your sims. Two palms in front of the building and the green+black+orange combo somehow remind me of summer.
Each apartment is a bit different, I mean colour and available space things. Two balconies took some place and therefore I had to "move" livingroom to the bedroom. At least it isn't looking that bad
And yeah, I know - they're totally cramped and there's not much possibility of placing "skill-building" objects, but I hope you'll manage

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .sims2pack file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install.
