Hey all,

Here's my first upload to an "all around the world" collection I'm working on. This house represents the Spanish/Mediterranean style out of Europe. I saw the tiny house plan online and couldn't resist!

This house was designed as a vacation home, but of course it also works fantastically as a starter home or a home for a small family. Since it didn't seem to know what exactly it wanted to be, I decided to take a leaf out of StephSim's (http://modthesims.info/member.php?u=656562) book and upload a few different configs. As usual there is a furnished and an unfurnished version, and, since I originally intended this to be a starter home, a starter version. Additionally there is a much more elaborate setup for your sims with happy bank accounts, which includes an all-around fence and small pool.

IMPORTANT! You must download Lord Darcy's "More Deco Slots" package for all decorations to show up properly (furnished and royal only)! This is NOT a requirement--your lots will work fine without it--but you will need to get it for the objects to show up as they do in the pictures (horse sculpture on dresser, plants on fridge).
