For those still having issues finding the right area to put the "program file" (If you have Ultimate Collections-UC): C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Double Deluxe\Base\TSData\Res\Catalog There you will find the zCEP-EXTRA File. As long as you've got the latest CEP installed
