Sim builders were inspired to create this colonial style American mansion when they came across a unique set of walls and floors by American designer, chilili. The walls and floors are ornate without being gawdy and seem to fit in a historic setting. This house has large rooms, living, formal dining, sunroom, kitchen with breakfast bar, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. The house will have the best effect if placed on a corner lot, because the front of the house is actually the side and vice versa. The house was built this way to make the garage easily accessible for Sims who want to own cars and have eps to convert the base game garage to functional. The house is surrounded by lots of vegetation but not many plants that need to be trimmed by sims. A pool completes the picture of "mansion with everything," just waiting for your furniture. Sims2 forever!
