Million Dollar Mansion

Hello all or everyone here is by so far my most faforite house a mollion dolar house i mean it realy is over a million dolars..
Now the backyard is open reason for do with it whatever u want reson 2 for the kids reason 3 looks amazing the pool is one of my favorites

The rest of the house i love it i had a ton of fun with this house.
the main entrance u will see it is white all over the house lets in many light one of the things i like about modern buildings.
U will see one side of the house is almost a balcony a verry big one still looks cool.



Now there is a garage in the basement a lot of cars down there i dont have fast lane stuff yet there is a deeper basement
behind a secret bookcase in the basement cinima there are supernatural stuff down there i wanted to do this because many poeple
love playing with supernatural creatures so there are also rooms for vampires down there stuff for witch/warrlock ime not sure about
fairy warewolf or gosts there is also on a litle stage a crystal ball/moondail and its a 2 story magic room.
The garage i used the iron man house for ideas in it and it looks cool.
There is also a small pet room on the main floor awwww cute.

Install Instructions

Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
