These lots are 100% Sim-free. No Sim has set foot on any of these lots.
Part of what I like to call "The Rundown Houses Series". This is an abandoned garage converted into a house. I've often wished Sims would have a garage business and wondered if I could emulate the look into a lot. So far, how did I do? Wait, I might not want to know the answer to that.
The 1st level consists mainly of the garage itself, with an office on one corner, a remnant of its more prosperous past. Since there is really no garage business in The Sims 2, most of the objects here are for decorative purposes only. Should you have plans renovating the lot, selling said items would give you substantial amount of Simoleons. There are 3 driveways, you can place a total of 9 cars, 3 cars on each driveway. Tinkerers might be keen on the idea of having several of those restorable wrecked cars at one time.
The 2nd floor is the main living area. Being converted from an office space it is rather small but just enough for a single occupant. To compesate for the cramped living space is the rooftop where you can find a barbeque and some recreational objects already placed.

Motorforge City
Included as a bonus is a "heyday version" of the lot.
Way before it has lost it's name through some unfortunate history and fell to dilapidation, it was known for a time as Motorforge City Garage. This, however, is an actual Community Lot so I had to do away with some of the furnishings on the 2nd floor like the bed and kitchen and substitute them with office and lounge objects.
The story goes that they specialize in repair and restoration but every so often acquires abandoned wrecks which they restore and resell. While "repair and restoration" is but playful fancy (save if a massive mod allows this to see actuality), selling cars, however, is an irrefutable reality. Being able to stock a total of 9 cars is also most advantageous and would look nice having all driveways occupied as shown on the image. The cars pictured, however, are courtesy of Fresh-Prince and VoVilla and are not included but are available for download here on MTS.
Lot Price: §76,569

La Grunge Starter Garage
A starter version is also included as a bonus.
It is ironic, in my opinion, that for a house in such state of decay cannot be afforded by starting Sims. So I decided to craft a starter version. Mainly, I had removed all the trash, furnishings, the wrecked car as well as all the architectural decorations like the pipes and vents and only the middle driveway is left intact. I left the drafting board since it does not add anything to the lot's price.
Lot Price: §19,586
Hope you guys like the lot. It's a bit off from what I imagined but it's the best I could do. If you do get to renovate the lot, post a picture in the comments. I would love to see it. Any change would be an improvement!

My thanks to Karol Rybak and Mootilda for the Sim2Pack Clean Installer. Also to Inge for the ingenious StayThingsShrub. Thanks goes as well to both Fresh-Prince and VoVilla for the sublime automobiles used in the pictures. My deepest gratitude for HugeLunatic, joandsarah77, karen lorraine, Mootilda, Nysha and maybesomethingdunno for answering all my annoying queries. Last but absolutely not least, to leefish whose creations are the direct influence for the series and for the tremendous help in getting these lots finally uploaded...

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
