Here is a large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Craftsman style home with finished basement for traditionalist Sims. The lot was flat to begin with, but the terrain has been manipulated in order to have the walk-out basement. The home has two large decks for outdoor living and entertaining, along with base game garage, hopefully convertible to real garage with ep's. Wood floors, exposed brick, and cozy fireplace add character to this house which wants to be called "Home Sweet Home."
