Hello everyone!
I'm very excited about this neighborhood. I've created to suit my needs, as I like to play neighborhoods with a large number of households, more than 6 households, unlike the premade neighborhoods.
So this terrain can house a large number of houses, lots, hood deco, etc...
Welcome to Shoreline Fields:
The roads use up most of the pace unlike any other terrain. It includes a nice shoreline that you could attach several beach lots to. If you notice in the picture above, on the right is the commercial area, which is where all your community lots should go (though you're free to do what you want with it. On the left is the residential area, which is the main focus and purpose of this neighborhood terrain: to host as many households or lots as possible.
I've raised the edges of the terrain so that it wouldn't seem like its cut off the rest of thw world when you're playing a lot placed near the edge.
There's also a raised area:
which, for me, is suitable for a space observatory tower, or, what ever suits you.
And last, but not least, and as usual; I would highly recommend you to download Tom Duhamel's camera mod for maximum mobility when you are navigating the neighborhood screen.
And if you want, you can use Mootilda's HoodAdjustor to copy my terrain over to your current neighborhood.
Enjoy! Share with permission first! And credits too! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT UPLOAD TO ANY PAYSITE OR TSR, because they don't deserve it! MUWAHAHAHA! Please click the thanks button and give me feedback in the proper section (if you'd like).
