Welcome to Dogwood Kennels!

Set in the back drop of nature, Dogwood Kennels mixes the design of modern, yet rustic and playful, which also describes the function of the kennels.

Description:

You can bring your dogs to the kennels for them to relax, dine and play with other dogs- and so too can your sims! Each kennel has an inside and outside part. All kennels contain: 1 pet bowl, 1 pet basket, 1 dog kennel and 1 dog toy. Sims can also adore the small dog (Apartment Life) in the whelping area. Sims can also purchase new dogs, and collars, as well as spend time with their own dogs. Sims can bathe their dogs in our brightly decorated bath area, and prepare healthy meals for them (or themselves!) in our gourmet kitchen. Outside, sims can play with their dogs and train them in our yard that contains a climbing frame and slalom poles. There is also a small pond, with a fountain, for a natural look, with plenty of tress and flower arrangements throughout the lot. Upstairs, sims can learn more about dogs in the office, by researching on the computer or reading books. There is also a small 'staff' area, for sims to relax and chat to other sims (well, playing with dogs does take a lot of energy!) Then, go for gold in the show ring, by training, showing and watching other dogs.

Special information:

Though it is a community lot, you can change it to residential, depending on how you would use it. If you want to use it to breed dogs, use the instructions here to change the lot to residential. I built it as a community lot because even though it's technically liveable, I imagine it's not as good as a normal house to live in.

First lot upload (yay!) and yes, the slalom poles are actually floorlights It's the thought that counts, I guess!
