A Simple Sim's Manor (Unfurnished)

(LOOK!) I deeply apologize for the link not being available! I had to make some changes to the lot, and fix somethings. I had to also clean it with the Sims 2 Package Cleaner, and I must have forgotten to re-attach the fixed version!

Tired of small houses and lack of room for opportunities like parties? Me too.

I was searching online for 'Sims 2 Houses' and came across this one. To no surprise, no download link

So I did what any other simmer would do who wanted it. Build it!

This is a house shown on a website alexanakamura, no download link.

I re created it and added rooms! This house has 2 rooms, 1 bathroom. Large kitchen, large dining area, and a large living room.
Plently of room for activities and such!


* I am not the designer on this, I just merely built it based off of what the picture had in it.

I rebuilt this because I noticed in the comments of that website several people wanted it So I created it to help out the people that wanted it!

It's a two story house, on a large lot. Feel free to extend the fence to the back of the backyard for more room if needed. The foyer of the house is quite elegant, due to the two story view when your sims walk through the door!

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
