If you're like me then you probably got tired of your police sims wearing that heavy jacket all the time and you just want them to wear something light and casual or maybe you don't have GTW but still want to have the illusion of having police in your world? Either way this should help you out in your endeavors.

To change career clothing you must use MC Command Center and use the option "Modify Career Outfit"

These top are originally the park ranger tops from Outdoor Retreat but recolored to look more like police uniforms, sad I know they are meant for Get to Work users but require Outdoor Retreat. Anyway both male and female come in 4 colors, white, black, light blue, and navy. The male top can be found under Blouses just like the original top and females under Button-ups just like the original again. They are not allowed for randoms and both tops are filtered for Situation and Career wear and available for Teens-Elders. I did add custom thumbnails to the packages but just not when I took those screenshots.
