I remember thinking about making this lot a long while ago. Probably in 2010 or 2011. Way back before I really built much of anything. I suppose I finished it, as I remember it now. Not sure if I ever uploaded it to the exchange or not. I remember it looked pretty cool on the inside, but not so much on the outside. My building skills have definitely improved! Now I guess I'm so proficient that I can churn out quality lots in no time flat...
So for people in the United States, you may have realized that this lot is based off of Chuckie Cheese's. It's a kids arcade and indoor playground. You know, those awesome tubes that you crawl in, ball pits, all of that. I loved a similar place as a kid that was called Leapin' Lizards, Chuck E. Cheese's has an arcade element as well, but Leapin' Lizards was all the tubes/ball pit side of Chuck E. Cheese's. It was so awesome. Sadly I can't make it exactly like that with sims 3, but I can make a regular playground inside, with the arcade. Chuck E. Cheese's also has food, so I added a Late Night bar as well.
This lot is great for sims, because children can play inside even in the Winter (they may technically still be able to play on the playground in the Winter (someone let me know?) but even if so, they look weird doing it). They want to be snuggly inside to play! Then there's also the fact that adult sims can have fun here too.

7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About me
Hi everyone, I make modern homes for the sims 3 with few exceptions. I also love oasis landing, so I've made many (and will continue to make) many OL homes and community lots. Use the 'oasis landing' tag to see all my OL lots.
I use some CC on some of my lots (usually just the residential lots), but I only use a handful of it and use a few key pieces quite often, so your game won't get bogged down with tons of CC if you download my builds.
Sometimes I won't be around for a while, but if I've posted something within a few weeks, I am likely quite active. I am happy to accept modern community and residential lot requests as well at my discretion.
